Booking FAQ

How long is my table reserved for? All tables are subject to a return time. Tables are available for 2 hours unless otherwise stated. Please note that your table will be released 15 minutes after your reservation.

Do large bookings require a card hold? Yes, reservations for 6 or more guests require a credit card on file to hold the table. Your card will not be charged upfront. It is simply held to protect against last-minute cancellations.

What is your cancellation policy? For parties of 6 guests or more we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Should you not arrive for your reservation a cancellation charge of £30.00 per person will be charged to the credit/debit card provided.

Can I bring my own birthday cake? Yes! There is a £10 cakeage fee but this fee is waived if you order a dessert from our menu. Tip: Mention it's a birthday when booking your table! If you order a dessert, we’ll provide a candle and sparkler for the celebration.
